Codelist for planned land use - municipal plans

The codelist of planned land use for the area part of the municipal plan has categories for classifying planned land use (building, transport, development of green areas, military purposes, agriculture, nature and outdoor purposes as well as reindeer husbandry, use and protection of seas and waterways etc). The codelist is to be used in statistics on several regional levels.

Planned land use - municipal plans 2022

The code list contains all land-use objectives from both the municipal plan and the zoning plan according to both pbl 2008 and pbl 1985. This is necessary to include land uses in areas in the municipal plan with consideration zones that state that the current zoning plan shall apply unchanged. Land-use objectives from the municipal plan (Kp) and zoning plan according to pbl 2008 (Rp) and pbl 1985 (Rb) are divided into main land-use objectives/purposes (level 1), groups of land-use objectives/purposes (level 2) and land-use objectives /sub-purposes (level 3). Level 1: The main purposes 1-6 reflect the main purposes as they are organized according to pbl 2008, but contain land purposes from both the municipal plan and the zoning plan according to both pieces of legislation. - Main purpose 7 only contains restricted zones from pbl 1985. Level 2: The land use groups G01-G20 indicate planned land-use at an overall level. Level 3: Each land-use objective/sub-purpose is indicated with the letters Kp, Rp or Rb, which show the type of plan, followed by four numbers. For plans after pbl 2008, the figures correspond to the current SOSI code for each land purpose. For plans after pbl 1985, where the SOSI code consists of 3 digits, a leading 0 has been added in front of the current SOSI code.
