Heltidsansatte er ansatte med stillingsprosent lik 100. Alle med stillingsprosent lavere enn 100 regnes som deltidsansatte. Ved å kombinere informasjon om stillingsprosent og antall timer i full stilling, beregnes en avtalt arbeidstid per uke for hver ansatt.
